We have started a new Mums & Bubs Group in North Sydney! Every Monday, Wednesday and Friday at St Leonards Park, North Sydney starting at 11am. Come join us and get back into shape with sessions specifically designed to target those areas effected by pregnancy and child birth such as core, butt and pelvic floor muscles.
